Because I don't have enough blogs to take care of as it is, I've decided to create a separate food blog so as not to clutter my "main" blog with recipes and food porn (just like I try to keep the library stuff on The Library Ass).
As for the title of this blog, this was the original moniker for The Jersey Exile back when blogging was brand spanking new. While it wasn't the best fit for a general-interest blog, it seems weirdly appropriate for a food blog, especially in this day and age of global cuisine, when even Red Lobster serves its fish with pineapple-mango salsa.
If a Thai Chicken Pizza doesn't sound all that crazy anymore, how much longer 'til we lick our lips at the thought of a Thai Chicken Milkshake?
